Long Title:RECOGNIZING THE IMPORTANCE OF SPAYING AND NEUTERING COMPANION ANIMALS AND ESTABLISHING A CONTEST TO REDESIGN THE ANIMAL WELFARE LICENSE PLATE.
Synopsis of Orginal Bill:
(without Amendments)
This resolution establishes a contest for the redesigning of the Animal Welfare License Plate, to be held through August 30, 3014. The sale of these license plates will help fund humane animal population control efforts throughout Delaware.
